2 No-Upload Local Execution Policy
All public conversion, design, coding, and file-parsing utilities operate completely on your local computer via clientside browser sandboxing. You retain full ownership and copyright of any inputs, templates, or files processed.
3 Fair Usage Limits & Business Access
Unauthenticated public tools are provided with zero daily caps or limits. Authorized Business Suite tools require a valid user account. You agree not to abuse, bypass API rate limits, or scraping mechanisms of our content blog.
4 Limitation of Liability
These tools are provided "as is" and "as available". KuberAgent is not responsible or liable for any mathematical estimation inaccuracies in financial calculators, data formatting errors, or syncing failures to linked Google Drive or Dropbox accounts.
5 Governing Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to our operations, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
